Early original Pulquet Lounge Chair by designer Ilmari Lappalainen for the company Asko Pulka, 1960s. Beech plywood frame. This chair was manufactured between 1960-69.
Very elaborately and expensively renovated, it shines in new splendour.
The armchair has two positions, sitting or reclining. In both cases simply very comfortable.
Unique piece!!!!
Restored this armchair is traded between 1500-3500.-EUR without footstool! So this price is very good here!

All wooden parts were painted in a brilliant white to match the white parts in the hide.
Including the footstool which is covered with the same hide.
The hide is a Nguni hide (African cattle). This hide is silky soft and the lustre of this hide is unique, something special.
Unfortunately this is difficult to photograph, in nature the hide looks much more beautiful.
This armchair is a unique piece!
The matching stool has the following dimensions: 60x60cm height 30cm.
